A Bit About Me

I am Hispanic and Bilingual Spanish/English Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. As a therapist my desire and passion is to help Individuals and families heal, reconnect, and restore their relationships to change this generation one family at a time. I strongly believe that when the family is able to provide comfort, care, and is emotionally available in times of need to his own members, each person is closer to live healthy and successful relationships in life.

To help the families I work with I used evidence base models that are most effective for what you share with me.  I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy,  Gottman Method, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and I am California State Certified Domestic Violence Counselor.

I have also been certified to use AIM-HI intervention an evidence based intervention to decrease challenging behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorder from the ages of 5 years old to 13 years old.

I received my Masters degree at Azusa Pacific University in Clinical Psychology, and I have experience working with children, youth, couples, individual, & families. I have also served my church community for more than 13 years as a facilitator for workshops for parenting classes, and counselor for youth, premarital and marital counseling.

If you are looking for help because you are struggling in a relationship, feel depressed, or in need to talk to someone, It will be a privilege for me to walk with you in this journey.
