I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges, whether that means managing anxiety, healing from past experiences, strengthening relationships, or finding footing during periods of change.
Originally from Madrid, Spain, my path to becoming a therapist has taken me across different countries, cultures, and communities. These experiences have shaped my belief that every person deserves a space where they can feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted; especially during difficult moments.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling (Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy) from San Francisco State University. Throughout my clinical and professional experiences, I have worked with diverse populations in community mental health, counseling, educational, and international settings across the United States, Europe, and East Africa.
My Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, authenticity, and connection. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work with clients to better understand the emotions, experiences, and patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others.
My work is informed by attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, and family systems perspectives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, cultural adjustment, grief, or a major life transition, I strive to create a supportive environment where you can explore challenges openly and move toward lasting growth.

Professional Background
In addition to my clinical work, I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), including the EFT Externship and Core Skills Training through ICEEFT. I have also participated in international counseling and therapist-training initiatives in East Africa, experiences that deepened my appreciation for the ways culture, community, and relationships influence healing.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to offer culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique story, values, and lived experience.

Areas of Interest
I have a particular interest in attachment, relationships, emotional processing, trauma recovery, multicultural experiences, and identity development. I enjoy helping clients make sense of recurring patterns, navigate complex emotions, and build stronger, more secure connections in their lives.
