I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges—whether that means managing anxiety, strengthening relationships, recovering from difficult experiences, navigating life transitions, or balancing the demands of work, leadership, or high-performance environments.
Originally from Madrid, Spain, my journey has taken me across different countries, cultures, and communities. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted, and that therapy should honor each person's unique story, values, and goals.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling (Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy) from San Francisco State University. My clinical experience spans community mental health, educational, and international settings across the United States, Europe, and East Africa, allowing me to provide culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
My Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and trust. Together, we'll explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.
My work integrates attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, Brainspotting, and family systems approaches. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, cultural transitions, or the demands of a high-pressure career or major life change, I provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where you can gain insight, build on your strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change.
